A word about Home Inspections Home Inspections by their very nature reflect opinions of the inspector while making every reasonable effort to determine the condition of a building, its systems, appliances, etc. under conditions existing at the time of inspection. A home inspection is a general evaluation performed by generalists and subject to any and all errors and omissions.
